1.I understand all board and/or training fees must be paid monthly in advance. Failure to comply or removal of horse without payment of any accrued balance shall constitute a breach of contract and an automatic lien on the horse in favor of Scott Arabians.

2. This horse, to the best of my knowledge, has not been exposed to any contagious or infectious disease for two weeks prior to arrival at Scott Arabians.

3. I hereby consent to any medical treatment for my horse deeded advisable in any emergency.
4. I consent to any medical treatment for my horse deeded advisable by Scott Arabians or its veterinarian. I understand I will be responsible for paying these charges.

5. Every precaution is taken to protect the horse from illness, accident, fire or theft. Scott Arabians and/or its agents and/or employees shall not be held liable for any loss or injury from illness, accident, fire, or theft, here at the farm, during hauling to or from an event (show exhibition, etc. ) or at any event ( Show, exhibition, etc. )

6. I understand that any lessons, showing, shoeing, veterinary service, shipping and miscellaneous expenses are additional costs and shall be billed accordingly. I agree to pay all additional costs in full upon presentation of billing and prior to the horse’s departure.

7. I further agree that in the event that my account with Scott Arabians becomes delinquent and the farm deeds it necessary to turn this matter over to any attorney for collection. I will be responsible for, in addition to the outstanding delinquent balance. All court costs and reasonable attorney’s fees incurred in preparation of this matter for litigation.

     FLAT RATE:

                This is your flat rate fee for each horse that is taken to a horse show with Scott Arabians. These fees DO NOT include the cost of your show entries, prorated grooming stalls, or the cost of transportation to and from the show.*

• Fees for Amateur shown horses are the same as fees for Scott Arabians shown horse

                 Clients will purchase one page of advertising in the Arabian Horse Times or Arabian Horse World, for a Top Ten or Better win at the Scottsdale Show, Regional Championship, Canadian or US Nationals Championship Show.

            Scott Arabians receives 20% commission on the sale price of any horse sold by Scott Arabians, Payable at the time of the sale. Scott Arabians will also receive a 20% commission from any horse sold 90 days after the horse leaves the care of Scott Arabians institutes the sale. Scott Arabians will receive a 10% commission payable at the time of sale, of any horse in its care, regardless of who is the agent for the sale.

  Interest at the rate 1.5% per month will be charged on unpaid balance as of the 11^th of the month following receipt of billing. Additionally, any late accounts will be penalized with a $10.00late charge.
